Schedules are typically finalized and emailed 72 hours before your show day via email you provided on your order. Appointment times are assigned based on stage order and services booked and may begin as early as 3am. Please note we do not work around tanning schedule or athlete meetings.

We strive to work from the host hotel whenever possible. If rooms sell out, we may secure a nearby hotel. Location details are sent once schedules are finalized.

All bookings are non-refundable. One transfer may be allowed if requested at least 14 days before your show date. Transfer fees apply and transfers are only valid within the same competition year. Non-transferable to another person. If a cancellation occurs after the two-week mark preceding your booked show, your payment will become non-transferable and non-refundable.

Yes. You may put in a request for a specific artist on our team; however, requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether that artist will be working that particular show. If they are attending, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

If you would like to book V specifically, there is a separate VIP booking option available for select shows she will be attending throughout the year. Availability with V is extremely limited and spots are booked on a first come, first served basis. Once V's schedule is full, the website will automatically show as sold out and will not allow overbooking.

Please arrive with completely dry hair and dry extensions. Curly hair should be blow dried smooth beforehand. Hair can be 1 days old.

Please arrive with a clean face and no prior makeup, mascara, oils, or sunscreen applied. Moisturizer is okay if applied early enough to absorb. We highly recommend groomed brows and a freshly shaved or derma planed face, as this helps create a smoother application and allows makeup to sit more seamlessly on the skin.

No. We do not stay for touch-ups throughout the day, so please make sure you are fully happy with your makeup and hair before leaving the chair. We take pride in setting the face for long-lasting wear and use products designed to hold up throughout show day. We also offer touch-up lipsticks and powders for purchase when available at shows, but we highly recommend you purchasing the add ons to your order so that we bring it with us to the show.

Each application includes a full face of customized stage glam, contouring, highlighting, lashes, and long-lasting setting to ensure your makeup stays flawless throughout your entire show day. Every look is tailored to enhance your features and complement your suit, stage presence, and overall look.

Hollywood curls are a more polished, glamorous style featuring smooth, structured waves with a more uniform pattern throughout the hair. This look typically includes more structure, a teased front for added height and fullness, and creates that timeless red-carpet, elevated stage glam feel.

Regular curls are more of a classic curl or beach wave style with softer movement and a more effortless look. This style can include light teasing and added volume if desired, but is generally less structured than Hollywood curls and does not have the same defined, teased front.

Natural curls are for clients who already wear and love their natural curl pattern but want a more polished, refined version for stage. We may enhance and define certain areas with a wand while adding volume and shape where needed.

Please email us if you are unsure how to properly prepare your natural curls, as prep is especially important for this style. Hair that is too heavy with products or not properly prepared may not hold or style as desired.

We work with human hair clip-ins and halo extensions only. We do not provide the hair extensions, client must bring their own and ready to be installed. We do not work install glued, sew-ins, or cutting services.
