Refund policy

Full Payment is required to hold your appointment slot. Prepayments are NON-REFUNDABLE or NON-TRANSFERABLE to anyone else or for any other service for cancellations of any service. No Transfers accepted unless your show is cancelled due to Covid-19 or other. Appointments are subject to cancellation for clients that are more than 15 minutes late.

 

Two day shows: For any two day shows, two day minimum makeup, unless your class is competing one day only. I do not book or reserve spots for anyone without payment. Everything is on a first come basis.

Service Location: I will always try to be located at the host hotel for convenience of most my clients, however sometimes it sells out, I will always get another hotel room as close as possible and will let you know address once schedule is sent out. Please note I normally check into hotels late the evening prior. I will always send out emails to everyone with my room #. Please DO NOT email asking me the room # the week or days prior as I will not have it as most hotels do not give your room # until you have physically checked in.

Scheduling: Schedule will be sent out by Thursday prior to event/show date. II am not able to schedule around AM meetings, unless its to get your number. When creating the schedule, it will be based on your class schedule and if you are receiving additional services. I tend to have those with hair appointments closer to show time. Please note I do take clients as early as 3 am depending on show. I do not take a time slot requests, I try to make it as fair as possible.

I do not stay around for touch ups at shows, as my clients rarely need it. I will have V Cosmetics lipsticks, touch up powder for purchase on day of.

Please remember to be on time for your appointment, showing up late can cause a rushed job or you will have to return later as I will not be able to cut into my next clients slot.

HAIR: Please note we do not blow dry or wash hair, we suggest you wash your hair the day prior to service and DO NOT use conditioner

Team artist: While working with any other of my team artist, no personal info is to be exchanged. All communication will still be through me. When tagging please tag me and the artist's name if you like.

Show Day Policies

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY Once payment is sent there will be NO REFUNDS, no exceptions and no transferring to others.

We strive for customer satisfaction; we ask that you be sure you are satisfied with the makeup application or hairstyling BEFORE you leave any of the artist chair. Once you leave, we will not be able to fix or help and there will be NO REFUNDS, so please ensure you are 100% satisfied prior.

Transfers: If you need to transfer to another show, you have two weeks prior to the show you booked initially to do so, and as long as there are slots. Transfer fee is an additional $75 per appointment needing to transfer. You may only transfer once, if you need to make any other changes you will need to go through the full booking process again. Transfers must be done in the same calendar year as the purchase. You cannot roll over to the next year.

Canceling after the two-week mark prior to show booked, the payment becomes non-transferable and non-refundable.
